We carried out a comprehensive refurbishment of key areas within the company’s Loughborough HQ.
Permarock were looking for an office design that would foster collaboration and innovation, creating a functional space without compromising on style.
This involved work across a number of areas including the canteen, offices, entrance atrium and boardroom.
Working collaboratively with the client, we created detailed designs and 3D renders to allow them to visualise the space clearly before we started on site. Materials and colours were chosen to reflect their brand identity and create a colourful, welcoming environment.
The result was a flexible, open-plan layout, that met their need for more shared areas and gave the spaces a less corporate feel. The works included replacement curtain walling, new aluminium entrance doors, a new integrated plumbing system in the staff toilets and the design and installation of LED architectural lighting, emergency lighting and feature lighting.
